My journey into yoga began in the early 2000s while I was living in the United States and around 2005  I truly fell in love with this practice, forging a deep and lasting connection with its various facets. Since then, yoga has been my sanctuary, providing healing in difficult moments and boundless inspiration in the best of times.

My inquisitive nature has led me down many professional and personal paths.  As a Film and Television Producer right out of the University my professional path has been all along diverse and fascinating, leading me from a career in television and film to the world of exclusive private members clubs, before I discovered my true calling in the world of yoga. I have lived and worked across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

I learned to adjust to new ways, new cultures, new languages, and re-establish myself with each move.

I found my life’s purpose more than once. From a very successful corporate career across the continents to running my own yoga business, And I loved it all. They all had something in common - close and personal connections with people.

My teachings are inspired and informed by what I've known, personally. I have known loss, intimately, on many levels and many times. With each loss, whether it was the loss of a loved one or the loss of a familiar life path, I found grace, hope, strength, and happiness again. I was also blessed with the unexpected journey of facing cancer, a journey that transformed me in profound ways. It taught me resilience, courage, and the value of cherishing every moment.

Amidst the challenges and transformations, I found love that is loyal, true, and that holds me gently. My journey of love also led me to adopt two incredible kids, and I thank my lucky stars for this beautiful family every single day.

These personal experiences have deepened my understanding of life's complexities and the human spirit. They have woven themselves into the fabric of my yoga practice and teachings, enriching my ability to connect with others on a profound level.

As a yoga instructor, my goal is to share not just the physical practice of yoga but also the wisdom and resilience that come from life's ups and downs. I draw from my own journey to inspire and guide others on their path to well-being, balance, and inner peace. My teachings are a reflection of the strength and love that I've discovered through adversity and joy alike.

After years of living across the globe, I am now based in Dubai with my little tribe which also includes one crazy rescue Saluki.

What is next? We don’t know, but I am continuously  learning to live in the perpetual creative response to whatever is present. Right here, right now.
